Lightning Super Jazz Show No. 9
November 09, 2007 03:42 PM PST
Most of the songs I sing have that blues feeling in it. They have that sorry feeling. And I don't know what I'm sorry about. I don't. -- Etta James |
Podcast SummaryThe Lightning Super Jazz Show contains old and new Jazz music, along with jazz influenced tracks just for your ears. Every genre of music has a touch of jazz in it, so whether you listen to Hip Hop, R&B, Rock, Country, Pop, or Soul music, you'll enjoy listening to THE LIGHTNING SUPER JAZZ SHOW. There's always music which you can only hear while tuned in. Don't miss out. About LightningThe first genre of music I was introduced to was classical music. My parents forced me in a room for 2 hours straight from when I was an infant until 6th grade and made me listen to classical music. I started playing Jazz in 6th grade starting off on the Alto Saxophone. By high school I self taught myself how to play the Saxophone, Trombone, Drums, and Piano. I then tried out for the Berkeley High Jazz Ensemble and was in the band from 2001-2004. From 2002-2004 we were crowned the "Best Jazz Ensemble in The Nation." I then toured Europe with the band to save the music program at Berkeley High. Currently I am a music producer who goes by the name BeatStreetS.
